Direct to film transfers are a digital heat transfer technology allowing full-color designs to be printed onto a special PET film and then heat-pressed onto fabric. Films and inks create an ultra-thin transfer layer with a supple, comfortable texture that seamlessly flexes, stretches, and rebounds without losing its integrity with the movement of the garment, for natural feel. Screen prints, on the other hand, can become rigid and may crack over time, particularly when applied to stretch fabric.
